Looking Forward to the Start of 2008 Season

With the record snow falls this year, we are expecting the rivers to be flooded this year so that will dictate when the boats will be able to go into the water this year. We are planning on being ready for the nearshore brown trout fishing in the first part of May, but time will tell. The bait fish studys have reported the alewife are remaining steady this year,and the natural reproduction of salmon in Lake Michigan are at a much higher rate than expected, so our expections for another recording breaking catch year are high.
