Not much over 7ft. The whole intention is to keep it low so the fence helps to keep Hurricane winds when we are on the backside of the storms from piling under creating uplift. I don't need height as much as dry parking. My Bobcat easily fits so all the other vehicles will except the tractor. Stuff like the Cement Mixer, Bobcat Grapple & Stump Grinder, Auger, etc will be stored right against the fence. My plan is to cut battens on the tablesaw and attach to the inside of the fence boards only on one side so rain can't just blow thru the cracks once the fence boards dry.
Good idea
Looking 👀 GREAT!!
Bon Temps!!
Fancy!
I really like those joists!
I had to put up 12 20ft 2x6's, 16 16ft 2x6's, & 12 10ft 2x6's with trimming cuts for a perfect 1/4 in allowance up against the existing buildings. My wrists are crying for mercy. Tomorrow will be clamping & screwing all the Purlins in place. I decided to leave the wild end long as it will just give me more cover. I will block between the ends first then cap with a 5/4 deck board. After that is done the plan is to weld kickers off the 8x8's out to the outside corners for extra support and to take the load off the end truss.

A permanent fish cleaning station will be built in the corner when the rest of the project is completed. I ran a 10/3 w ground to the eve corner of my shop when I built it years ago. That will come in handy now for lights & outdoor receptacles.
