I picked up two 9' MHX panfish blanks rated for 2-6lb line around x-mas when they went on clearance (blanks no longer available). I use these mostly for trolling jigs, but they are also pretty good bobber rods.

I used EVA grips with Fuji VSS reel seats.
Guides are Pac-Bay minima using KR concept layout.

I don't normally do butt wraps but sensitivity wasn't important for this rod so I added one for some style.
