less see everyones minnow storage

Getting back into crappie fishing. But where we fish there are crappie but no bait shops. So i would need to be able to keep them at the house and transport them with me. Less see how everyone does this. I got a couple aquariums that i could use.

Our state only allows the average joe to have in their possession 50 minnows or aquatic life.We can purchase as many minnows from a dealer as we want,as long as we have a bill of sale.I try and catch my own a day or so before a trip,so my storage is just an insulated bucket and airiator.

They must not do much trolling in your state. Some guys here will carry 5 times that many to the lake.

Not many in my state fish for gills and crappie compared to Bass,and stocked trout fishermen.You do get some catfish,Muskie and the such,but overall,it's mostly weekender tournament fellows who fish for the prize.Most folks who troll,are the stocked trout guys,and the majority use small spinners,and only a few lakes allow the use of live minnows.
