Default Slabprowler and others. VIDEO on making bins for RED WIGGLER Bluegill & Shellcrackesr

    Hey Mitch, and others

I hope these videos will help get you started in getting your Red Wigglers ready for Bluegill fishing. Each video is about ten minutes. As I told you I will raise them in a large rubber maid container and then when I am ready to go fishing I will just transfer a few dozen into the bank red worm container. They will reproduce nicely for you if you keep the soil damp and not wet. Feed them damp newspaper, yellow corn meal, apple slices or lettuce. NEVER feed them any meat products. If you do this right it will not stink or produce fruit flies. YOU WILL have a ready supply of RED WIGGLERS for whenever you want to go Bream and Shellcracker fishing. Crappie will eat them too.

My mix is 1/4 Miracle Grow garden soil, 1/4 Manure, 1/4 peat Moss and 1/4 shredded newspaper with a little sand for grti. That helps the worm "chew up" the food. use the light just to keep them from even thinking about crawling out because they detest light.
