This is my smaller "On-the-go"Red Wiggler worm farm. As you all know I raise my fishing and gardening red wigglers in plastic Wal-Mart Christmas totes. I also have a smaller igloo container that I keep in my garage so I do not have to go to the shed or bait shop at 3am when it is time to fish. Take a hot small needle and burn lots of air holes in the top, bottom and sides. I also used Loctite to glue on a bright LED night light which keeps the red wigglers inside the worm farm and not try to manipulate their way through the threaded lid. It is easy to attach to an extension cord this way. Sand, Manure, some garden soil and shredded paper are the bedding. They are fed white cornmeal and oatmeal about once a week and coffee grounds and tea bags monthly. They produce babies regularly and you never have to pay bait shop prices again.
