Most bait shop I'd think could sell by the pound . I'm a tube jig guy .
I buy my minnows for $5.85 a pound for medium minnows here in Paragould, AR. Guess I'm lucky on that one.

I think that all live to you door. I usto haul there fish all over the states. I take gold fish to new York two time a mouths. Now that was 20 years age
I go down to my creek, catch them, and then put them in a bucket with a pump :D Cost of minnow = little bit of time. (bought the net & pump a couple years ago)
