Columbia Coatings sells a substance called "Powder Water" that you can use to resuspend the powder paint and then use a REGULAR airbrush (Paasche VL I think is the one I have)- with the large diameter fittings (needle, cone, etc). You then need to air dry them (overnight, preferably) and heat them in an oven to set the paint. I have used this system (BTW, Trufer - sorry - I just saw your post above) and it works well.
One important point - after adding the powder paint to the Powder Water you need to mix it very well - I use a battery operated milk frother or latte mixer.
