Hey Pap, i'm not familiar with any of the lakes so i'll go with the flow. I'll come to any of them.
I voted for Green River Lake but I am also open to Taylorsville or Cedar Creek.
I voted for Green River, but I am also open to any of them. We'll come wherever it is held. Thanks to all who got the all rolling.
I'd like to propose that we add "swap meet" to our get-together. I'd be happy to pass off some excess stuff to someone who might be able to use it.
Hello KY crappie anglers. I am new to this forum and I am very excited to get to know all of you. I would just like to know a date and time for the crappie fishing get together.
i am new to the site to and can't wait to met everyone and green river lake i one i have wanted to fish for along time
Sounds good.......
Let's get a date together. Is this going to be a land date or water date????
If it is land I would perfer to wait till after the spawn....
... than anything else. Looks like its going to be Green River Lake, so now we can start voting on a date.
I think this "first" one is as much a feeling out thing, as it is anything else. Just meet up at a certain time/place, go fish, come back at a certain time and compare notes, then resume fishing or head home (up to each individual). Since it's not a tourney, and more of a chance to get to know more of the members, the pressure is off as far as that goes. Comparing notes and showing the "new to the lake" members how/where, is the big thing. Of course, there's going to be a whole lot of good natured bs'ing and trash talk, and probably even some humble pie eating ... but, that's all in the game.
This lake poll ends at 2AM Sat morning ... and I'll be closing this thread and putting up a poll for a set date.
