Is that powder paint or vinyl??? and depending on which one is it purple??

It is neither powder or vinyl.
I first paint the jig with white enamel.
Second coat is a mixture of Devcon epoxy which I color with Testors enamel paint.
The eyes are also epoxy colored with enamel.

Great looking jigs!

I think the purple would look even better in a real dark purple and black tail what you think.

I like the yellow ones as well.

How do you apply the colored epoxy to the head?

I use a tooth pick to apply the base coat. Do not get epoxy in the eye. It is a booger to get out.
I use a small dowel to do the eyes.
