Black Crow, looks good from here. I like using spinners a little later in the season. I use them by casting to shoreline cover. Below are a few I've made up to use this spring. I haven't used any yet but hope to do so tomorrow. Although I usually use the jig only in the early part of the season as the fish seem to like a smaller bait, I'll give them a shot. I shared some of these with another C.C member and got a report this week that he killed them. Now I have to prove them up myself. Someone mentioned that they tend to spin on retrieve or while pulling them. I did some testing in clear water to see if mine would spin. A couple did spin or lay down on their side, but I corrected that by tuning the arms by bending to one side or the other until they ran straight.
