I anit heard anything out of the men on Woods Reservoir lately.What has happened to all you?Is the fish biting or got lock jaw.I am wanting to take off Thurs and Fri night and fish both days.Like to see what it is doing down that way on making my decision where I want to go.Anyone with info please post up so I can make my mind up tonight before I leave for work so I know to take the boat or not.

WE are Wimps.It's been too bad.Two weeks ago got 9,last time I went.
I dont say I am brave but I been on Old Hickory and Priest even had a trip to woods this winter.But for some odd reason Woods is on my mind more than it has ever been.Think cause that lake is a hard lake for me to fish.I am wanting the challenge of it.I bet the water is clear down there right now.I figured FishHawk would have posted something lately but he aint.Guess I will look at the sky in the morning and see what direction I want to head out in.
Hey Ct, I've been over here in Mo. at the Grizzly Jig Open House for the past two days and plan on stayin another two. Lots of good buys on tackle and lots of pros here givin seminars. Hope you did well on Woods.
Hey Crappietime, went this am and didn't really try too hard. First time since b4 Christmas. Caught 2 keepers, 1 was 14.5 and thick. I found fish under the bridge stacked like cordwood but caught 0 there. If I had some minnows it would have been some different I'm sure. My honey hole had a vacancy sign on it, though I did catch about a dozen. Didnt check the flats, humps, bouys, and checked 1 tree. Water temp was 37.5 to 40, glassy when I arrived but got some windy as I was leavin at 9:30. Good luck to you, don't show me up too bad.
Well I got up early this morning and headed down in the area got me a few nice crappie for the freezer so cant complain alot then me and Thrill went to rob one of my uncles sawmills for tob sticks to make some beds out of this evening since the wardens was gone from both our houses.

Nah really it didnt take long at all think me and Thrill spent about an hour putting them together and pouring the crete in them.We didnt get all the way done.I might finish them up Sunday evening or if I dont get out fishing in the morning do it then.I aint looked at the weather to see what Sunday is going to bring.Becareful on your trip.

CT, the blocks n sticks look pretty good, but I think you'll get hung if you put all the fence down there. Just kiddin. Time to do some bamboo I didn't get to last year.
Are you going to put yours on Woods?I was going to say work is going to be slow the next little bit and if you need help hollar at me and maybe we can hook up and work on some or fish a little and yall show me how it is done on Woods.
Actually thought if I put all that fence down there I would trap them in and they cant leave me.
