What color of paint is on the head?Where can I get some?It looks kind of like a candy powder paint but the candy blue I have is darker.I love that shade of blue.It looks to good and smooth to be nail polish and I've never seen that color before.

Nope.. that's black marabou! Haven't ever tried tying with porcie-quills!
That is some straight marabou! Tie-able porcupine quill is more like a stiff hair - my mentor Jigger John ties some on for snag-guarding the hook point.
I love that marabou!!! Can't tell you how many packages I dug through to find that look!!!
