I just started using vicious panfishish fishing line. I'ts the best line I'v every used. Low memory, high vis. The best line every.

Stren Hi-Vis Gold
Bass Pro Excel. If I Could Only Use 1 Line For Everything Then Thats What It Would Be Hands Down.
izorline xxx. 6lb test and 2000+ yards for about $15. Soft, strong, limp and abrasion resistant. A close second would be Yozuri Hybrid Ultrasoft. I've used about 30 other lines and feel this line is one of the best bang for your buck. What other line stays limp and doesnt yoyo out of your spool in 15 degree cold weather?
Vicious all the way

2lb dia fire line or 6lb cajun red
Suffix Elite 6 pound. Low memory is the main reason on my small spool diameter reels. Billy
Tectan line sold by Cabela's in 5.1 lb or 4 lb. Smallest dia line I have seen and no memory.

Mr Crappie Hi-Vis. Great price and product.
I've tried P-line Floroclear and Cajun 6LB. line recently and the P-line got tangled up the first 3 trips I used it.I'm not sure if it was the windy days or high static winter months ? The Cajun line I have tried has alot of memory and am taking it off the reel it is on tonight.I also have a question concerning the Mr Crappie Hi-Vis line, years ago my uncle and myself were bank fishing and I was using STREN flourescent yellow line fishing the same depth he was with STREN original 8lb.He was catching them I wasn't,I switched to clear line and started catching fish.I know the Mr Crappie Hi-Vis doesn't seem to matter when trolling for crappie but, how bout for cork fishing for bream? My uncle only used 8lb.STREN original for everything and I hope one day to catch as many as he did and I have caught my share of Breameses !
I read good things about the Vicious line, so I got 2 & 4lb test line-I tried the 4lb. line on a cold chicago winter morning in open water(hot water discharge).....and it sucked ! felt like i was casting with coiled wire ! strong but stiff.,maybe it will perform better a warm weather ? we will see. I recommend you try the 5lb Stren Megathin or 4lb cxx P-line both are very strong and soft/flexible under cold and hot coditions. I've used both on the same day for steelhead and brown trout, then go and fish for bluegill/crappie. Triline Sensation is in that same class. Hope this info helps. Good luck.
4 lb trilene xl, 20 lb ande either blue or gray for stripe and catfish, have tried 10lb p line, been impressed, just haven't changed.
JusFshn, I know that you remember air mailing those green fish in the phosphate pits, with 8# XL . Spinning rod no less. That is the tru test. 80 and 100 fish per day.
