Looks good, we had fried crappie (FROZE FROM 2 WEEKS AGO), slaw, baked potato and a cold miller lite afterwards cleaned about 3.5/4lb more crappie fillets to put back in the freezer
Nimrod every item in that meal just stands out, looks delicious. We both worked so me & Mama had late supper at home-baked p chops w onions, beets, new potatoes, cabbage.
Smoked up two slabs of baby backs, one whole chicken, fresh corn on the cob, baked beans and some homemade Ron White.
We had grilled steaks, BBQed pork chops, baked potatoes, grilled peppers and onions, cole slaw and sweet tea. I slap hurt myself!:eek::D
we had grilled chicken drummettes Italian sausage,shrimp,chicken and staek kabobs
baked beans green beans and watermelon and cantaloupes for desert
We had grilled tuna steaks,squash,& salad.
Ribeye's with skewered squash,zuccini and onion's on the grill.
Pork spare ribs trimmed St. Louis style.....cooked low and slow on the grill, potato salad, fordhook lima's, and sweet tea.
I was at a saltwater gathering in south LA. We had boiled crabs and shrimp, fried crappie and shrimp, fresh corn on the cob and potatoes, garlic bread, fresh fruit, cobblers, salad....OMG....everything was good so we had more the next day!! Hope you all had a good 4th!

Did 2 Boston butts on the smoker that weighted 18 lbs. 30 lb of leg quarters and 5 lbs of pork steaks.
Then homemade bake beans with about 2 lbs of BBQ in them. Fresh corn on the cob, Tater salad and then home made Ice cream.

SHILOH -just got me a new charcol smoker how long did you cook your bostonbutts, also what temp were you cooking them at ? i cooked mine between 225-250 for about 10 hrs. my smoker is a brinkman smoke-n-pit. thanks
