Big gill and a nice little mess of bream you got there, Charlie. I even see a little LMB. I won't use the name of that other cold water critter in the first photo but its a nice one too.;)

Yes it is an MCF and the MCF is a surface fly. That was the only Speck I have caught on the surface. A 13 incher and the biggest though. It may work below the surface if you use a sinking line. I have caught just about every kind of warm water Florida fish on that fly. Anything that eats a minnow will eat that fly. LMB, Specks, Shellcracker, Bluegill, and so on.Quote:
