Grenada lake pics from Graysport landing
Went out today. Was windy as heck, and slow...Most reports were 3 to 5 fish per..... I managed 5 myself. Boat ramp at Graysport is accessible if your boat sits low enough on the trailer...mine didn't but I managed to push it off the trailer anyway....Saw a couple of bass boats load there this afternoon...Don't know how they launched them..... Anyway, here are a few pics I shot just before noon....these are from the boat ramp looking west...

only pretty once you catch fish there
when you get to grenada for the first time you really question whether a place that looks like that (when it is low ) and with the water filthy dirty reallyhas those giant fish and great fishing. Not the most beautiful place at first. once you catch a few big ones it looks like the best fishing hole ever and you find beauty in the chocolate water and barren sand(mud) flats. Unbelievable place to fish that really test ones fishing skills and knowledge . Figuring out why they are in one place and not ten foot away and then trying to duplicate somewhere else. We have beautiful fishing country here in south louisiana but no where near the average size fish as grenada.
Great pictures
