You need to run Avast anti-virus. residental is free.

Ok,I just ran my program on my computer, win defender , it said no virus found on my computer. Whew......:D
My Norton Anti-virus Stopped It From Crashing My Computer But It Seems Like It Is Still Trying. It Keeps Trying To Start Over. I Get A Message From My Norton Saying A Malicious Back Door Trojan Has Infected My Computer. Norton Runs A Scan And Says It Has Deleted It. Then About 5 Minutes Later It Comes Up Again. Then A Screen Comes Up Wanting You To Download Some Kind Of Spy Ware Removal System .

Yep, just north of P'cola. About middle of the county. I had xp on my last computer, and had alot of trouble with the antivirus thing. I guess the computer was so old, it couldnt handle xp. But with my new one and vista, no problems with a virus, yet. knock on some wood. ;)Quote:

If you're having problems getting rid of it, it's because you have Norton... Norton is absolutely horrible at doing anything other than slowing your computer down.
Go to www.download.com and download AVG Free Antivirus. Install and run it. If you're interested in buying one, the best AV out by far is NOD32 by ESET.
Another freebie from www.download.com is Ad-Aware, just search for it and download the free version.
Those are all safe and download.com is safe to download from. Most porn sites will try to get you to download stuff to view it but just going to the page won't hurt, you have to download something and then run it for the problems to start. It could be spyware or adware, it's usually not a virus (though most people don't know the difference).
