Had a good couple of hours last Sunday at a small lake here in MO. About a foot off the bank about a foot deep. Had about 30 mph winds from the south but it was warm out. Think the fish were enjoying the rays. Probably caught 30 in a couple hours. Ended up with 16 pigs!
Your little girl's a doll! I'm sure she'll grow up to be a heartbreaker. Your little boy's cute, too.
I'm always glad to see kids having fun fishing.

Nice catch and nice to see you out fishing with the kids too. That is something that all parents should do. I know they will always remember these days and think about how much fn they had spending time with you. Hope you all get to go again soon and have that kind of luck...
I sure miss being a little kid and catching them Bluegills while my dad was fishing catfish.

Thanks all,we did have a blast. Would rather be fishing with those two more than anything else. We always have a great time. They are real troopers. I've never seen 2 kids with more patience than they have. Always take lots of treats and a bag of toys for when it gets slow. I remember the days when I would go fishing before they were born and I would get some weird looks and an attitude every once in a while. Now it's quality time with the kids and that is ok with me. I always have a kitchen pass these days...hehe. Hoping to go again this weekend if the weather is good. We always have fun regardless. Hopefully we will have some more pics to post soon. Lecty
