Welcome from Oklahoma i'm alomost an ArkAnsas resident but aint got the wife covinced yet lol.
Glad you joined us. Lots of good people and good info. What lakes do you haunt around here?
I fish alot on the White River oxbows(middle and upper old river south of DeValls Bluff) when the river level is right, Peckerwood, and any bayou(Plum) or slough I can get into. Past 2 weekends I have tried the "gator pond" at Dagmar WMA and had a little luck. Only crappie fished one time west of the AR river and that was last May with Darryl Morris, and he is a class act!
Welcome from Benton, glad to see you in here. We don't ever hold that top water fishing against anybody for long anyways. And as long as you don't tell Darryl he's great too much:p You did fish with him, then you certainly already noticed how big his head was, right?
All kidding aside, Darryl and Jerry are the best and make this place well worth the visit.
I have had some of the best crappie fishing in my life at Peckerwood over the last 20 yrs. But, and I have nothing wrong with this, but I think the place has been raped over the past years by yoyos! But, I love yoyoing so I am not blaming that, but it use to be better! On another note, I had fun last year fishing over there watching the alligators!! No sh.t! I had 3 gators in front of me in a cove at one time and the longest one was at least 10 ft. I will let ya'll know how I do soon, cause I plan on going in the next couple of weeks.
Welcome from Nimrod Lake:D Where do you like to fish ?
