We need to start a new thread and keep it going -- Where in the World is Gooch. He just might pop up in any place you don't expect. Just make a short post where you've seen him, pictures are a bonus. We all love crappie but the elusive Gooch is just as exciting if not more.
Seems like we don't hear much about him since he got a real job. I guess this job keeps him busier than the State of Arkansas did. I'm trying to figure out why anyone would quit a job with the state anyway??:confused:

Well he was here in Oklahoma City Tuesday thru Thursday. He came by and we had a nice visit. Next time we are going to have to do some fishing. His work had him all covered up slacks and nice shirt and tie. Wished I'd have taken a picture you wouldn't believe it unless you seen him with your own eyes lol!
What the hell is Gooch doing? Traveling undertaker? Don't know what his new job is.
Gooch's Job - Well he's always been gifted with the ability to talk and BS with the best of them, and now he's gettin paid to do it. I heard he's having the best time of his life actually working. Traveling to far way places all over the south is a bonus, especially if he gets to visit grubby. Unless he's gonna be a pro crappie guide or a deer hunting guide, it's probably just a job and the honeymoon will eventually wear off.
Well I drive by his house at least once a day and I don't even see him. Can tell you what car he is in that day. But never see him. Think he may have went deer huntin once???

Hey Jerry, I just noticed that he had a plate of Mrs.Kathy's famous pudding in his left hand!! :eek: Man that stuff is good, if you Arkansas gang don't come to a gathering for any other reason, come for some of Mrs. Kathy's pudding! :D

Interesting thread fellas. Crappie fishing must be slow if you guys are wondering where I might turn up next. I got to tell ya that I feel the same with the suit on as I do that LSU gear in that I don't want anyone I know to see me in either. The new jobs had me hoppin but I absolutely love it. Seems it gets better every day and man thats worth a bunch. Onece I get settled in I will get to start meeting up with some of the crappie.com guys in other states to do some nightstalkin. In fact the next time I visit the OKC area Grubby, Jason Wallis and I are going on a stalk so watch out fellers I might be hitting a town near you real soon looking for a boat ride.
I hearby pledge to GIVE gooch a laptop so he can check in to crappie.com while on the road. The funny part is that I will set his homepage to www.hogwired.com and lock it down so he can't change it. (Oh yeah, and Houston Nutt's picture will be set as the wallpaper.)
