The 2025 Crappie.com Man of the Year is....

Yes we are late, but as they say, better late than never.

In honor of David Shands aka "G", the 2025 Crappie.com Man of the year is.....

Drum roll please......

Two guesses who the 2025 Crappie.com Man of the year is, and the first guess don't count.

I'm sure everyone would agree this member is an absolute gem, a super asset to our Crappie.com family.

He is one of the most helpful members on the site. He contributes to so many different topics it's hard to believe. Trees, trucks, recipes, repairs (and even toof repair too), food and yes, fishing too.

It's hard to believe someone can be so versatile, a true Renaissance man. And he documents his projects all so well, entirely for our benefit. The final tally is in from all our Supermods and others too, Rojo is the undisputed 2025 Crappie.com Man of the Year.

I’ve been around for a couple of minutes now and have made many friends here. Some I’ve gotten to meet but many others I nave have and maybe never will. Rojo is one of the members that must not have much time to himself cuz he’s always working on a project, some of them major, or he’s doing for the many of us out here that do not possess his skills, tools and talent. A very good choice for the man of the year. Thank You John for all the help and advice on what I need to do next, and for all that you offer anyone that asks. I’d like to share an adult beverage one day…….Skeet
