Before the lakes straighten up. That is if this is the last flood of the year. Man all this rain sucks.

Supposed to be out of here in southern Ohio Monday or Tuesday and then cold again…:banghead
I’m seeing a road trip in my future!

I'm guessing it will probably be at least 2 weeks before the Ohio river tribs are fishable again here locally. Supposed to crest Tuesday morning at 54.6 ft in my stretch (Meldahl pool).
I'm about eight miles east of KY and Lake Barkley dams, as of 7:30 this AM I've had 8.7" of rain. Places across the TN river in Marshall Co. had that much yesterday. Lots of water where we don't need it to be.
And it's still raining today!!!
Forecast to be 363+ by next weekend......

Cumberland up 10' in 5 days. It will take a while for things to settle down. :twocents Maybe then we can get back to chasing crappie.
"IF" they could start pulling the lakes back down @ 1ft/day ... RIGHT NOW ... this chart will tell you about how many days it's gonna take to get back down to Summer Pool : Louisville District Daily Lake Report
And in most cases, you're looking at 3-5 weeks !!
That chart doesn't include Cumberland (9ft over Summer Pool) or KY/Barkley (still about 1.5ft below Summer Pool ... Lake Levels in Kentucky, United States )
