Looks similar to tube jig.
Yeah I've seen them before. They are squid like
hoochies are great for a variety of fish even though they are mostly made for salt . Adding small ones to inline spinners has become a big thing especially for river fishing salmon and steelhead
Caught trout, sea perch and bass, salmon and steelhead on them. For a slab crappie they'd be supper time. Tough to make from my research.
Colors look good but as a lifelong crappie guy i'd pass on em.
They come as small as 1 inch. Toughest little buggers I've used.
Never seen a sheet of the material but can find.

I've caught salmon, lingcod and rockfish on them. The 1-2" size work on trout and kokanee. I bet I could catch crappie on them.
That cavity would hold a lot of scent or injected nibbles. Add a little strip of cutbait behind it, that'll fish.
If everything goes right I will be there in September for about two weeks we were there this last September and 1 October I had a real enjoyable trip to Richland and got to go to Hills Canyon and fish for a couple of days in the near future we will be moving back to Baker city within the next few years hopefully before I die.
Yes sir they will work on crappie.
I may have to order some of the little guys in send some out to be fuel tested to see how they work out for the guys down south here.
