Nope...but that was pretty awesome, too!!

I was actually referring to the 15th crappie through the ice for another limit.

Happened on Saturday (with keeferfish in tow, who got his own limit!)...

...and again on Sunday....also with keeferfish, but...we quit with just one limit so we could have 'em cleaned up and be back home in time to watch the Chiefs win the AFC Championship. Again.

So ends the 2025 ice fishing season at Smithville Lake, unless something weird happens in February. Or December!!

I can assure you I cleaned 45 fish, 30 Saturday and 15 Sunday wait maybe it was 44? :popcorn

It was pretty fun to get out. I'd say got to feel the thump but there weren't really any. Very light bite just had to set the hook enough times!
