We have a pet crappie AND .....now we got a pet micro doggy too .....:Rofl
passed the free puppy sign and made a huge mistake of doing a u turn "just to look at them" :Rofl
said all good , they are cute and drove away after getting a phone number just in case I knew someone who wanted a "free puppy"...
well someone did and the next week I got one of them , silly me didn't realize they were almost 4 months old and thought they were just "small" 6 week old pups ....
mom is 7 lbs. and dad is 8 , mom is a toy poodle and dad is a micro weenie dog .....
the person who wanted it kept it one day and returned it .....:banghead
BUT , mom and the kid were all in love with it anyway and even said a prayer they might give it back to us ....
so now we got us a pocket dog .....and a mohawk crappie as well ....rotfl
it is for sure on steroids super cute and a big hot mess to deal with ....
definitely taking up some free time , but it sure is entertaining :highfive
her name is "cookie" as she is about the size of a big one ....
2 lbs. 14 oz. currently :yikes
wishin the crappie was that big is me ....:biggrin

It was a breach birth , her mom accidentally pulled off her tail trying to dislodge her , that lil bitty docked off tail is just ridiculous cute

It's past energetic and seems very alert and smart , it takes to the air when it plays and just cracks ya up losing its lil pea brain , does flips and the works ....flat out hilarious

Haha, that Kaboom is too funny, I'm using that from now on, perfectly describes a crappie thump. You need t shirts that shows a crappie eating a jig and KABOOM! On it

I hadn’t had a dog in 30 yeas when my wife got us this little Shorkie. It’s a mix between a Yorkie and a Shid tsu.
He just turned 2 years old last week. He has sure been a great addition to our household.
He changed completely as he aged. He’s the little tricolor pup at six weeks old and the second picture is how he looks now.

Cookie is a sweety for sure. You certainly got a bargain. I paid $800 for my Yorkie. He was four months old when we got him and weighed 2-01. 8 years old now and weighs 5-14. Bought him as a lap dog for wife but he latched onto me and I've been stuck with him since then. Bonus is they don't eat much.

Looks like a new fishing buddy to me! Need to see if you can teach that crappie how to locate others, then you would have two buddies you would never leave home without :biggrin

they say these things run between 500 and 2000 ,,,,,that sure is a strong number for such a tiny package ....had no idea they were so expensive .....surely is a fine lil animal though ,,,,,it's ridiculous fun to watch her play with the lab cross we have 3 lbs against 50 , but she has no clue she is that small ....:Rofl

for sure a lap doggy when it settles down for a nap and or chest doggy....:Rofl

Best wishes with the new addition, Ketchn. It will probably run rings around your other dog. That “dock tail” does give it a unique look. My cousin had a beautiful chocolate lab named Coco that had a tail like that. He unfortunately lost his by backing in to a fan in a barn!☹️ Ouch.

it thinks its a regular size doggy for sure , pretty darn fearless , got its third set off shots the other day , not a peep .....
put it up when it dont want to be put up and you would swear it was getting a leg pulled off ...:Rofl
the other day it got a sand spur in its back paw , it was like it been snake bit , holy you know what did it cry and limp ....
but on a quick side note : we got 3 colors of them here , green , ouch ....yellow more oucher ....
blackish purple ,,,,draws blood and makes you want your momma ....really serious OUCH ....:crazy:

First thing, they aren’t pets or dogs or anything else you may describe them as. They are small people with fur. Think they’re not? Go ahead and try to take one away from their mom or dad people. You better have guns. That’s a very good looking friend you have there Ketchn, and everyone else’s too. That one would’ve come home with me too. Enjoy many happy years with each other.
