Need advice on what I’m doing wrong. I’m not able to get my minnow mold to fill out. I’m heating up the mold with butane torch and that didn’t help.

I am no expert, but it looks like your lead is not hot enough
I agree the lead is probably not hot enough and also from the 2nd picture you showed, looks like the mold isn't COMPLETELY shut. I have had this problem more times than I care to admit! If it isn't COMPLETELY SHUT, the pour will be messed up. Your mold should have NO line when closed correctly. Try adjusting your hooks to make sure they are seated correctly. Hope this helps.
I’ll have to turn up the heat and give that a try. I’m puzzled though, I poured the shiner dinner mold with no issue before changing molds.
I didn’t notice the gap but I’ll check to see if it’s the mold or operator error.
Ditto what everyone else has said!! Take your mold and check the hinge to see if you had some overpour get into it and take a knife and check every cavity for leftover lead!! Then a soft brush out, load with hooks and see if it close's up tight, if it doesn't there's something blocking somewhere. What type of lead are you using?? I run a two part mix - two part tire weight and one part pure and I don't have any problems but also I usually only run a 7 on my Lee bottom pour.
Oh, I bet it’s temperature issue. I run my pot between 4 and 5 typically.
Turn up the heat and stick the spout partially into the mold cavity, gives lead less time to cool.
SUCCESS!!!!!!
Found out my pot needed to be cleaned and needed to turn up the heat a bit. Thank you all for the help.

I've always done this as I always have to pick up after I'm done.
