Close to 3 lbs .....

should have weighed it , but one thing for certain is was about the size of a big dinner plate and I needed two hands to hold it .....:yikes
of course the shrimp added to it had some play as did all the cheese and tortilla , so it was not just a 3 lb crappie taco ....
there were some other ingredients added ....:Rofl
not sure how to weigh one is me and not sure if there is such a thing as a crappie taco tournament , but you just never know .....
imagine a crappie taco tournament , no LS required or a boat , no minnows and the sky is the limit on how many you can have and consume as well ....
it might be the new thing , you just show up with your filets and get busy ....
everyone is a winner ,even if they go crispy crappie taco instead of soft ....just saying :crazy:
and KABOOM ....
side note : that is a huge plate , the image does not do justice to the size of that taco , even held up far away from the camera it was still BIG :biggrin

that thing was just so ridiculously tasty, the fish and shrimp were baked once to near perfection and then toasted a second time to make them super duper crispy .....
melted a bit of shredded cheese on the big burrito soft tortilla , then bedded down them filets and topped it with some of them mixed greens con purple onions , a dab a ranch and some Texas hot sauce and then tossed a few really crispy shrimp on it to finish it off .....
them there baked panko mix breaded crappie filets were just terribly good food my friend :highfive

they were left overs from the night before , they got to meet the toaster oven at work the next day after they met the real oven at our house the night before , sure made them EXTRA crispy I must admit ....:highfive

they only get a light dose initially strictly for image purposes alone ....
