Sausage Simplicity Sideways Sliders

toss that pecan and oak wood in that ole wore out smoker ....
get it burning well ....
as it dies down , get em ready ....
open said vacuum sealed packages up ...
take out the desired quantity ....
toss on the grill ....
turn them frequently over a blazing bed of coals ....
try to not crack them skins much or blacken them much ....
roast em like ya mean it .....
on to a bun after they rest a tad bit , with maybe a tad of mayo .....
sideways slice said concoction carefully and ....
BINGO BONGO time is here ....
sometimes the simplest things on the fire are just magic ....
so there ya have it ,,,,sideways sausage sliders ,,,, ranch style ,,,,
and NO a beer or 3 is not required , but it helps .... rotfl

sure wish I had some of that there very very blueberry cobbler warmed up a bit with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on it ....
would have been blissful perfection instead of just blissful .....just saying :Rofl

Looks delicious. Jalapeno and cheese would be my choice! Recently lost a bunch of sausages as well as other food when our deep freezer stopped working. :banghead

man that is a bummer bro , we got some hatch Chile and cheese elk ones for the next go ....

dem was the plain ole beef and pork ones from the store ....

I totally agree, grind it, season it, stuff it in a casing, roast it to perfection over a real wood fire = HEAVEN for a Glutton like Me!

You definitely paid me back in kind, Hunger generating kind that is. The dessert choice it perfect too.

any kind of cobbler is good with me , blueberry is a version I have not enjoyed best I can remember , but to be sure if it is anything even remotely similar the other versions , I am down with it :cheers2

Glad I'm not the only one that hasn't had blueberry cobbler. This will be changing though real soon.
