I knew it was too good to be true. My bad back been good for two whole years since I had cortisone shots done in it. And today, between dives, it turns into a knot. So I only did the first dive. And now here I lay, waiting for the ibuprofen to kick in. Dang it!
But the one dive I did do was a good’un. So there’s that!

Very pretty. Is the water really that blue? Love the fish and corals. Reminds me when we used to have saltwater aquarium. Hate your back went out on you.
40 ft down most colors disappear, but yeah the waters are beautiful and blue. That was a great dive.

Thanks y’all. Unbelievably I found some muscle relaxers in the bottom of my bag while packing things up here. I didn’t even know they were there. The cortisone shots I got worked for two years so I think I have a solution going forward. My issue is herniated discs, not sure if it’s bone on bone but I’ve had back spasms caused by it for all my adult life (prolly from 100 dirt bike crashes and basketball, dono). I think the last two years was the first time I went two years without back spasms in 30 years. But cortisone here I come. Just gotta get home and make appt.
