Rebuilding a new RV or pontoon boat
Bingo. Pontoon boat. More peeps can fit on boat and it has its own shade from the sun. And a flat floor. And a fence so they don’t fall overboard.

Seats need reupholstering. And it needs some swivel seats up front to fish from. And for the kids to spin, right.

Right! Gotta have swivel seats. And stickers….lots of cdc stickers :ThumbsUp
Now you gonna need more slip spaces boss...Congrats
Nice looking pontoon. Should make for a fishing machine
I hope I am not going to see you on You tube stuffing the bow into a wave going out of Haulover Inlet
You need the FIL to make another trip to upgrade the storage for that. It’ll be sweet.
You're catching up with me! How fun. FIL coming to visit soon? The Pontoon looks to be in good shape. SLAB'S MARINA!
extra ball bearings spinner types for sure , they will likely get high mileage quickly is my thoughts .....:Rofl
and then ,,,,the tiny gas grill , hotdogs and burgers are likely going to be needed if it's a kid venue rig bro .....just saying
bet it makes you smile big when you truck them around in it , smile miles are likely going to be high as well .....
KABOOM
I know this is like asking a woman how old she is , but I just got to do it .....:Rofl
what did it set you back if you don't mind me asking ?:dono
AND iffin it's a secret I get it .....:popcorn
I'll tell ya, but you'll have to guess first. It's an 18ft 2005 Tahoe, with an old Merc, but merc has good compression on both cyl, 145 & 145. And merc has supposedly been serviced top to bottom. New floor (both the wood and the vinyl), but pretty much all the upholstery needs to be replaced.
$4500, what’s da prize? A Sprint? :Rofl
It does run. Yay me

Good times will be had on that boat. Thinking of getting one myself if I can find the right deal.
Any more guesses at what I paid?

I'll say around $2500.00 with no trailer. $3000.00 with a trailer...
$5500.00. Is the the price you had to pay for it or the price it will cost in the end when it has been made the way you want it to be?
The price he paid was enough to satisfy the seller so Slab could take it home.
What we want to know is "Deal or No Deal" always a good question. Maybe a "Steal Deal" those can be the best till you open the bag.
It did not come with a trailer. I did not want one taking up room here. I bought it from someone off a connecting lake so I just had to go through a lock to get it here.
And brjohnson is closest, I paid $3500. Thought it was a good deal, it certainly fit the bill, and I figured we saved some by redoing the seats ourselves.
I have a tritoon as well for family time. Best money I’ve spent. Nothing like spending the day on the lake with the kids and grandkids. Memories!!!

Now I looking for a 16 footer! :banghead
Why’’d you choose 16 ft. My minimum was really 20 ft. But I settled for 18. If it was gonna be a big’ol pontoon, figured bigger the better!

I brought one home last night. A 20 foot G3. Motor has some wiring issues to be sorted out
You did good Slab as a pontoon is a versatile boat you can do about anything on. when the crappie are biting you can have everyone all around plus you can pull cranks or jigs easily enough. 18 foot is a great size and if the floor was redone in vinyl already? Sweet as redoing upholstery is much easier and cheaper. Bummer that it has a 2 cycle but if it runs well will be fine.
I have a 21 foot Lowe with 60 HP 4 stroke mercury on it and love it. It is a fishing pontoon that I bought thru CDC ad from a member. has livewell, TM's and useless electric anchors that stopped working. have caught a lot of fish on it but last couple years mostly do sunset cruises or just hanging out after dark and visiting with neighbors. Do most of my ketchn on docks there. couple times a year grandkids come and want ot be pulled around on tubes but now have a deal with a bigger motor to do that for them. but they love to just hang around on it, get on lillypad and play. of course we are the cool grandparents with the toys the kids want to play with.

Motor idles extremely high, nothing electrical on the boat works. Trailer wiring in shambles and does not work. Guess the price.
Here is another piece of the pie. 4 shade tree mechanics have tried to fix it. It has not been used in a year.
2005 model. It was kept in a slip until recently
