Is green fishable above holmes and past emerald isle or is it muddy?

My sources say it's murky water & they're catching some quality sized fish (in 5 to 15fow). That's on the HB end of the lake, as I do not have access to sources that fish the Emerald Isle area.
I didn't go this weekend but what pappy says was that way for me the two weekends before.Quote:

The water had came up a foot or so, the water temp had dropped 3 to 5 degrees and was a little more muddy.

Saturday, there was a ton of people fishing but I managed to stay away from everybody all day long. Water temp was 58 and 59 degrees. We ended up with 41 keepers
