Ok new camera come in today so installed old batteries. They were hard to put in had to force them in. Like they weee swole. New camera did the same thing. So I installed new batteries and the new camera worked fine. It’s almost like solar panels shorted out batteries. If it does it again I will run Solar panel only. And try that it has built in battery. Itself. The old camera was showing great battery strength.
I don’t run batteries when I have a solar panel except for my 12v sealed. (Picture). Some solar panels have lithium batteries in them. (Moultrie). I am sure there are others.

back on line. It took 340 pictures last two days. Battery on solar panel still at 83percent.

That’s why I would guess. Try changing locations for more sun exposure time.
sw is best on solar stuff , we run lots of solar panels on feeders and lights , those that aint facing right have trouble staying up to speed :highfiveQuote:
