Went today for a couple of hours, man was it hot.
I think the fish were all ready cooked when they came out of the water,
water temp was 89 degrees and it’s not even August yet.+Cross+

Good job getting out in the heat to catch some. Nice sink of groceries.
Dave let me tell you it was hot, and that lake lice (jet skis) were out and those skiers with them wake boats, pretty annoying.
Nice sink full
Good job sir. Too hot for me and I worked on tractor hydraulics all afternoon
Nice haul, I'm more of a crunchy snow under my feet kinda guy, I don't do well in the heat like that.
I know something about those 100+ days.
On the water at daybreak, and off by 1000 if possible.

Nice mess!
the heat plus all the lake lice makes a man want to be in the Ac!
Danny, put an umbrella on the boat and it makes it way way better. Sport brella off Amazon is my new best friend. 9’ of shade that covers both seats up front.
And Oconee was just as bad today with the surfers, tubers, toons and the water gnats buzzing around.
All the lake lice makes one linger for the cooler fall when the majority of them are back in school...just sayin'
100 or so is the norm here in July and August , most certainly oppressive temperatures make for shorter trips ....:highfive
