Smithville Elvis Report

Elvis had a saying TCB “Takin Care of business” - Mine is LCB “Little Crappie Bill”

I can find fish and lots of them, just all small. More of the same yesterday. Again first drop and a keeper, one of my last. Caught 13 and 2 keepers, second one had to pinch the tail to make it touch. Not sure where the bigger fish are but if you like catching small ones, I’m your man! Only up there about 2 hours yesterday morning and found fish on 4 spots but nothing of any size. Typical Smithville for me lately. Water temp approaching 80. Small fish in 10 to 15 FOW and about 8 to 11 foot down.

I don't mind the little ones. But it does make you wonder where the big ones are.

I know that's right, been too long. Been pretty busy last couple months, but finally settling down a little bit, actually brought the boat down to the house and pulled the cover off yesterday, needs a little TLC, still gotta R&R motor in my truck before I can hit the water, probably do that in the next couple weeks. Planned on having all this done way before now, but had to take care of a pinched nerve issue, doing a lot better now.

I'm not a doctor but have played them at conventions so I recommend some thump therapy. Go with Keefer he will get you lots o thumps, just not biguns.
