Praying for our young people. Some of them do not seem to care. One day when it all falls into place for them it just might be too late. God bless America and to all who died so that we would remain FREE ✝️

A visit to Port Hudson, Louisiana today. Over 12,000 interments here. Major battle during the Civil War. One of the few naturally preserved Civil War battlegrounds. The breastworks, gun pits, and trenches remain today as they were during the battle. The area has never been developed.
Designated a National Historic Landmark. A solemn event here. Not a time to thank those living.
