I decided to make my own.
18$ paint roller handle
13$ rubber net
9$ pvc
4$ E6000
------
44$ total
The pvc is stuffed full of pool noodle to help it float. It collapses to 5 ft and extends to 10 ft.Attachment 460073Attachment 460074

Pretty neat! Good job.
Looks great.Got a homemade from and old net frame with woven fish cage material stitched with heavy-duty mono been using for don't know how long.Pool noodle section on handle.4 ft. redneck but for the big craps and noodle fishing cats, it does fine.

Attachment 461128 I bought this net 7 years ago for landing slabs on 16' poles and no problems on 5lb bass/catfish. Amazon sells out fast everytime they have them. WestMarine has it for $48.
When spider rigging with 14 or 16 foot poles those long handles are necessary.

Are you afraid of losing the fish or breaking the rods. I push with 16's and I didn't use one. I did ok
Which net do you have RogerA?

Both, I have caught crappie up to 3 lbs. and used to compete in tournaments so I had to do everything I could to get those fish in the boat. The net I use is one I bought from Crappiemasters many years ago when we were fishing their tournaments. It extends out to 12 feet. It is made of aluminum and is a little heavy but it has always got the job done.
