you did good on those in my experience with squirrel tails a lot of folks want to make them way too busy!

Hook size is #6 or #8. Not really sure,,,the dye called Jacquard acid dye for fur, feathers or other such materials…stuff works well,,, this was the chartruce color which came out first try more like a bright yellow which I’m okay with for now. Just need some green to brighten it up slightly for my liking,,,,

I like em. The squirrel is a cool looking jig. I tie a bit of squirrel and I’ve never seen any that bright, good touch. They’ll do well.
