I bought it in a jar. Doesn't take but a little bit to coat the potatoes. Certainly makes them nice and crispy outside. Tender inside. Zero leftovers

The taters have became a favorite side around here
I cook my Duck in Black Cherry Sauce in a 500 degree oven, breast down, the skin punctured several times to allow the fat to render and drain. Now the skin gets crispy fried while its cooking. Never thought to use the fat for cooking potatoes Jack. Thanks for posting.
