Duck Gumbo is a tradition around here too. Looks very tasty my friend.
Not only looked good, it was very good too... three bowls full. My better half born and raised in South Louisiana, I get Gumbo, Jambiya, and other tasty treats on a regular basis...If I catch it, and it's legal size, I have standing orders to bring it home...there's a way to fix it that tastes good...just sayin'. Thank you everyone. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas with family and or friends.
