Thank you to my 84 year old Uncle Bucky who bravely served and protected in Vietnam. Thank you every day.

Thank you to ALL my Brothers And Sisters who ARE Veterans for stepping up and serving to help keep OUR NATION FREE. Whether you served in Peacetime, or during the time of war, You have worn the scars of what it takes to keep our nation free. Thank you for your service, thank you for all the sacrifices both you and your families have made.

Veterans Day is a special day to me. As an Air Force Veteran, I feel connected to all that serve and have served. I know that someone in my family has served this country in every war going back to the Revolutionary War.
I would like to share this little thing I wrote for all.

Soldiers

His honor, he cries, is wounded by foes
With his voice he threatens many woes
The king sits safe within great walls
And one by one the soldiers fall

“I am one with God” the clergyman cries
“I alone get orders from on High
Do only as I say, one and all”
And one by one the soldiers fall

We are right, they are wrong
The council states with army strong
Only we know what’s right for people all
And one by one the soldiers fall

They stand arrayed, for all to see
Children proud of you and me
Trained and strong, warriors all
For them we weep,

Just a "Thank You Note" to ALL the Veterans Young and More Battle Worn, Who have and currently are serving this great country. Who selfishly have sacrificed More than most civilians could ever begin to comprehend, whose families also sacrifice so much, Thank you Today, Tomorrow, and everyday hereafter. I Salute you!!! I Thank you for your service!!!

Thank you to Uncle Frank for his dedicated service to our country and freedom during World War 2. Thank you every day and Rest In Peace.
