Someone has spent too much time building VFD or PLC panels. That is a work of art sir! I deal with this stuff every day and you are a rarity in making a box that pretty and organized. I hope it does very well for you and you get to enjoy it for many many trouble free years. Kudos to you also for putting in an IP/65 or 68 rated weatherproof box.

Very neat and clean wire up. Certainly neater than most of the PLC cabinets I open at work. Technicolor electrical spaghetti in a high percentage of them

I watched them being used and they are really the cat's meow. No crimping, no soldering iron and no heat shrink. You just need a wire stripper and a heat gun which you probably have laying there anyway.
That looks great! Nice and neat makes it more likely to be trouble free and if you do have a issue it is easier to troubleshoot. I have dealt with sloppy wiring and really appreciate a clean install. Cheers!
