Yep, 2001 is M54 engine and E60 body style. Loved mine, it was a stick, 6 speed. Mine was a 2004. Same engine same body style.

Little brother got it for his wife because he says they use them for taxi cabs over at his place in Belgium.
Said they are work horses but also likes the body style. All I know is they are pricey to work on and that’s where I come in. Lol.
He drives a MB with AMG package that probably cost more than my house. Thanks for the reply.
