Looks like white bucktail with lavender flash.
Haven't seen any but have been liking lavender lately.
I may try one this evening.
That’s Pearl flashabou tail and Pearl crystal chenille I believe. Should be easy jig to tie if you have the materials.

I make several like those in different colors,,,,here’s some made with axe heads with similar materials,,,,I make with roundball as well

White heads are no problem,,, but the dot is a sticker they use or some guys do paint them on but not so pretty,,,I personally use stick on eyes
