Some say it ain't easy to fillet them there "crooked crappie" and I will be the first to say this about that, it for sure ain't so easy to carve around a snake spined crappie ......:Rofl
But if you are good with the knife and don't try to rip thru them, it can most certainly be accomplished if the knife is super sharp and you follow them there curves carefully ..... :highfive
so, the next time you think about tossing one of them "crooked crappie" back in the water instead of keeping it because it will be tough to fillet , remember that fella in Texas ,that won't give them a pass if he is planning on eating a few ..... :crazy:
