Kayak report for swan creek
I fished the main swan creek area by the equipment shed yesterday. The bass were busting the frog around the Lilly pads just after first light. I did see a big cotton mouth first thing . I saw 2 big ones last week as well. Very easy to tell them as there whole body is above the water and there head is up high as well. I caught about 15 bass on frogs and 2 on the 1 inch slider spinner. One of these was close to 5 lbs on 4 lb test line. i fished all the way back to the tracks and only caught 1 blue gill. Can not find them over there. The buffalo are feeding with giant tail fins coming out of the water. They will rock the kayak when they take off under you. Very good day on the water.
