Beating the Crazies
Hit Wylie early Saturday and today before everyone hit the water. Caught a limit both mornings in less than 2 hours. Dropping minnows to structure I’ve been building and dropping. Caught a limit on one pile but caught fish on every one I checked. Depths are from 20 to 35 feet didn’t matter. They are a lot of work to build but pay off now. Attachment 428716

Early is the ticket, less traffic more crappie. Great job.

Those remind me of some we put out years ago. We had black water pipe in ours. I bet they got fish on them now. I got to go back and check them out. Been a long time since I fished them. [emoji226]

They leave partial spools on the side of the road around here all the time. They are burying this stuff around here everywhere. I also got alot of 3” from a company that did a job for Google. Google only wanted the full spools back and l got the partials that they had laying behind their building. I like these because they won’t rot.

Putting in the work pays off big time, congrats on the catch!

If I had LS and enjoyed fishing it I would DEFINITELY be building and putting out PVC along with some brush (wood). I'd have alot to learn with cover/depths/location but I would be able to handle that. That PVC looks like it would draw and hold fish especially when placing 3 or 4 together. I know your graph says you got those in the right place.;) Congrats on the catch.:)
