Both look like they will do well
The Buck and Boo looks good in the water. Bucktail holds the minnow shape while the boo flows nicely.
The squirrel looks a little too stiff.

Ended up with a dozen on a similar theme.
Started with craft fur and bucktail with dragonfly heads, switched to squirrel for one, back to craft for for a couple with alewife heads, then mixed in some dark gray bucktail here and there, while varying the heads and weights along with thread work and chenille.
