Great profile and color combo!
Thanks y’all,,,,I think it looks almost froglike,,,,the crinkle coat part anyway,,,,
That’s a good lookin jig! Like the crinkle finish.
Its looks really fishy!!

Wow Takeum, that is really neat lookin. Tadpole with a frogs head.
Have some new materials coming so maybe my color will look better nextime,,,,fish always like shiney,,,so no brained to use pearl crystal when your low on chenille,,,,chuck and debs had a good sale on bucktail, so I’m good there….and Super Dave turned me onto “ I Love Jigs” which have some of the best jigheads I’ve ever used,,,,super high quality stuff!
That's sweet. Love it!
Awesome lookin' critter jig for sure. Nice work!!
What did you use for the tailing material?
Burdog,,,I used bucktail grey and blue…..I use bucktail on most my jigs because I like the movement it creates and colors these days are quite generous….here’s a few more of my creations with bucktail and some with calf tail…..
Very nice Takeum
Thanks Dave,,,I’m in another progressive stage of my jig building where I spend a lot more time in prepping things and building the jigs in stages rather then do it all at once,,,, this guy Big Ken has me mesmerized , he is such a an artist,,, my biggest issue is my ability to find new colors that not only look good, but fish well…. Thanks for showing me his work Dave,,, this guy is for real!
Great looking jig
