Got three hours in at all three neighborhood ponds after work today, something that hasn’t happened in a loooong time.
Netted 21 gills and one bass, helped a youngster land a whisker at the big pond….I had no luck there myself. Used a few different trout magnets tonight. Glr, those scrappy green sunfish are the reason i got into ultralight gear. They are feisty little critters when spawning comes around. Good catch!
